So proud to announce that the Division B International Speech Contest Winner is Jeff Bobin. Jeff is currently serving as the President of the Meadville Toastmasters and VPPR of the Noontimers Clubs of Area 15. Jeff will now go on to compete at the District 13 Conference and Speech Competition on April 13th. Please join me in congratulating Jeff on a WELL-EARNED victory.
