Cora MacBeth, director of the School of Science at , has been named a Big Ten Academic Alliance Department Executive Officer Fellow. The program supports university administrators who have demonstrated exceptional ability.

“AI is not a trend,” Behrend Chancellor Ralph Ford said in a recent op-ed. “It is essential infrastructure of our economy.”

Abhirath Baiju is a Behrend-based financial literacy ambassador for the Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center at Penn State. “Many students don’t focus on money management until problems come up,” he said. “That can lead to financial trouble they don’t see coming.”
