Creating A-1 public speakers has been a goal at St. James for many years. Our tradition of monthly assemblies to promote our confidence in speaking on a microphone in front of classmates and peers continued on Friday with a poetry assembly. All did a fantastic job! Congratulations ππ

Yesterday was a beautiful day for our field day fun. There were many laughs and a competitive spirit as kids joined in "axe throwing", relay races, spike ball, kickball, tug of war, parachute fun, and of course - water balloon fights! Our 7th and 8th grade students were wonderful leaders for the primary grade activities. All students were treated with Kona Ice thanks to our generous PTO and the 8th grade students were treated to Brady's Chuckwagon. Faculty and staff also were able to eat at Brady's too. It was a perfect day of fun, joy and excitement! We made some great lasting memories!!ππππ
