Miss your parent engagement session? We've got you covered!

Parents/guardians who REGISTERED before July 24 to attend any one of our five recent parent engagement sessions: If you were not able to attend and did not pick up your bag of standard school attire for your child(ren), you have THREE more opportunities to do so:
*This Thursday, Aug. 13 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
*This Friday, Aug. 14 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 4-6 p.m.
*Wednesday, Aug. 19 from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

All pickups will take place at Strong Vincent Middle School, 1330 West Eighth St. Families should come to the back doors of the school off Weschler Avenue.

If you can't pick up clothing on one of these dates, please designate someone to do so on your behalf.

Please note: These pickup dates are for families who REGISTERED to attend one of the five engagement sessions, not families who filled out interest forms during the sessions. We know there may be more families who are interested/in need of standard school attire, and will announce any future distribution efforts/events through district communication channels, including ParentSquare. We continue to work with community partners to help provide the wraparound supports that our students and families need.

Mark your calendars for Erie's Public Schools- Back to School Vaccine Clinic.

If you have an incoming 7th- or 12th-grader who needs their state-required TDAP/MCV vaccines and you weren't able to join us on August 4th, then join us today! Erie's Public Schools is partnering with LECOM Health Institute for Successful Living to offer these required vaccines today from 11 AM - 1 PM at Pfeifer-Burleigh Elementary School (235 East 11th St.). This will not effect our current location at BTWC. We will still be accepting students there from all schools.

With over 11 years of experience in providing 4 Star quality care for school-age children, we’re proud to bring our trusted and high quality program to Grover Cleveland School.
We are offering a seamless, consistent transition for families who rely on extended care each day.

Program hours: 2:30pm-6:00pm.
Monday-Friday on days that school is in session.

Our program will build on the curriculum learned throughout their school day, with a focus on literacy.

$23 Million Expansion and Renovation Underway at Grover Cleveland Elementary in Erie Grover Cleveland Elementary is undergoing a $23 million renovation and expansion to modernize facilities, add four classrooms, and build a new gymnasium, improving infrastructure and accessibility with completion estimated by December 2027.
