Kairos -a time when conditions are right for the accomplishment of a crucial action. To me this holds noticing that "the stars have aligned" (whatever that means to you from practical logistics to actual astrology to full-on intuitive hits), experiencing synchroncities or signs, or a feeling of divine timing.
How do I infuse kairos into coaching sessions?
Through feel, and trust, and flexibility.
For example, I'm often asked, "How long is a coaching session?". My answer: While we can work within any time constraints you have, I prefer a slightly different approach, and encourage clients to be open to the intuitive closing of a session. This may be a sense that things have come full circle, that we have reached a purposeful pause, or some indication of completion in regards to your intention for the session.
The same answer can also address how often to schedule a session. When you feel the pull to return, when you feel ready for the next step, or when you notice signs nudging you back to the horses, then the time may be right to schedule a visit.
I trust that our paths will cross when and how they are meant to for our highest good ✌💜🐴
