The Residency Forum allowed our Family Medicine and Transitional Year residents to spend time with residents in Psychiatry and Orthopedic Surgery to discuss any suggestions for an improved graduate medical education experience next year. Our Family Medicine Residency Program was awarded a wellness grant from the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association! We enjoyed a group outing to Round1 Bowling and Amusement in Erie, PA! Thank you to POMA for a well-deserved break!

Our Annual Research Day for Family Medicine and Transitional Year Residents was held on June 12, 2024. Residents showcased their projects in cardiology, pathology, psychiatry, neurology, vaccine hesitancy, fibromyalgia, mental health, diabetes, sepsis, gastrointestinal bleeding, and more! Projects included original research studies, case reports, and quality improvement work. Congratulations on a job well done with this year’s research projects!
