Who we say that Jesus is reveals who we are as God's children. May the Jesus we receive again today in the Eucharist change us so that our words and actions will reveal him to others!

God's mercy is for all of us, no matter how we practice our faith. Let us persist in asking God for what we need, what is for our good, and that which is for the good of our sisters and brothers!

In order to hear God's voice, we need to listen. And when we hear God's voice, we need to respond in trust to whatever it is God is asking of us!

It's good to notice the needs of our sisters and brothers. But it's even better to use what we have to try and respond to those needs just like Jesus who, seeing our hunger, feeds us with his very own body and blood!

Today's readings invite us to ponder who and what it is we treasure, who and what it is we value. If Jesus is our greatest treasure, let us show that this is true by striving to conform our minds and hearts to his!

Today's readings remind us to be patient with ourselves knowing that even our weaknesses can be a witness when we allow God to use them to teach us to trust in him and depend on his grace and to transform us just as he changes bread and wine into the Body and Blood of his Son!

07/12/2026

Today's readings invite us to peel back and remove from our lives anything and everything that prevents the Word of God from taking root in our hearts and helping us bear the fruit that God desires and our world needs!

07/05/2026

As we celebrate the independence of our nation, we are invited to become like children who in humility recognize our need for God's grace. May this grace help use our freedom responsibly to glorify God and serve the needs of others!

06/28/2026

Today's Gospel reading invites us to follow the commandments by putting God first in our lives. When we do so, we show our love for God by recognizing and responding to the needs of those around us!

06/21/2026

The opposite of fear is not courage but trust. Jesus invites us to trust in God, a God and Father whose love for us is so intimate that he's got every hair on our heads counted.
