1st in my division, 3rd overall on this stage from SIG's Armed Professional League last night. I was the only one from my squad to run this stage plan. Love the reaction from the squad when I deviated from the plan that everyone else ran 🀣

In years past, GORUCK used to post monthly "shooter" drills that consisted of exercise + a course of fire like this 22422 drill. Recently, I stumbled upon Armored Eagle Training LLC who seems to have taken up that torch. This is my entry for their August drill, which had a par times of 3.15s (cadre time of 2.86)

Shout out to Mike Testa for taking the video

Spent the afternoon running some movement drills. This is based on a segment of a stage from a recent match where I failed to engage 2 PSCL targets on the move from a window. I set the planks a target frame apart at 3, 5, 7, and 10 yards. The target is 2 A-zones on the same frame to simulate the array from the stage. Later, I incorporated the headbox for a 2-1-2 drill, which was tough to fire in the space alloted.

***ekraft drill is great for assessing your "MOA" as a shooter. I like to take it a step further by dedicating a target per shooting position. That way, I can diagnose my MOA by position. This is a great example, where I discovered that my standing supported is my smallest MOA, where I would have assumed that prone on the bipod would have been. Additionally, I tried two different high kneeling techniques: one with both knees on the ground and one with a single knee on the ground. One was far superior than the other. ***ekraft
