Good morning friends just wanted to post another update on Michael as he begins to move to his last location in Albania before heading home in about 5 weeks. They traveled to Macedonia, the same Macedonia that Paul traveled to, to preach the word of God. They visited a museum and then took an interesting walk around old castle ruins.

Morning walks in the hills of Elbasan

On the left is coffee. It was once beans that were coarsely run through a grinder. Hot water will run loosely over it and brew 10 cups of coffee.

On the right is espresso. It was once beans finely run through a grinder. Just a portion of this will be packed with 30lbs of pressure into a puck at which point the machine will force pressurized hot water through it to make a tiny concentrated shot of espresso. It takes longer to grind. It endures more pressure and heat than the coffee. It makes a lesser amount of end product and yet tastes stronger in its’ 1oz than the entire pot of coffee.

If you’re feeling like trials are taking too long...like life is giving you more pressure than the rest...if you can barely stand the heat.. maybe you’re just espresso. Maybe 1oz of you is stronger than a whole pot of the rest of us.

Just a little update on what Michael has been up to, he has been in Albania for just over a week and spent the first 5 days in the capital city of Tirana and is now in Elbasan for the next month. The following pictures are places he has visited, art he has seen, restaurants he has been to and neighbor kids that he has taken a liking to and enjoys spending time with.
