Children have fun in their age specific classes while learning and improving techniques, improving skills such as listening, patience, and following directions, working towards their goals, increasing their confidence, and much more! Adult classes (approx. ages 14+) are taught in a way that both the new students wanting to get a good work out or learn self defense will enjoy the class just as much

as the advanced student who is training for an upcoming fight. Stop in during any of the adult class times to watch or try it out for free!

Young Dragons ages 10-15 take turns with a partner as they practice various Sanshou techniques and combinations for punches, kicks, elbows, knees, blocks, and takedowns that the instructor gives them. At Ephrata Martial Arts we believe in helping students achieve confidence and self-esteem as they progress through the sash rankings.

New students may join the class at any time. We have 1 hour classes that rotate through different strikes, combinations, obstacles, and activities!

The Little Warrior kids program is a fun, exciting introduction to martial arts which entertains and educates kids with a variety of engaging games and activities while exposing them to basic punching, kicking, blocking, and takedown techniques - the building blocks for their martial arts training!

New students may join the class at any time. We have a 16 week program (45 minutes classes) that rotates through different strikes, combinations, obstacles, and activities.
