 We are excited to welcome all our students and families to EMS! Orientation Days will be held Monday, August 31 & Tuesday, September 1 from 11:00 AM–7:00 PM.
Orientation sign-ups open TODAY (8/20) at 8:00 AM through Skyward Family Access.
To sign up:
➡️Log in to Skyward Family Access.
➡️Select your EMS student.
➡️Go to the Conferences tab.
➡️Select All Conferences.
➡️Find your student's advisor and select Select a Time.
Choose an available orientation time that works for your family and save your selection.
🚧 Schedules Are Still Under Construction!
We know students are excited to see their classes! At this time, student schedules are not yet available in Skyward as we are still working behind the scenes to finalize them. The advisor listed for your student is the only scheduling information available at this time.
Students will receive their full class schedules at Orientation on August 31 or September 1. Thank you for your patience while we work to get everything ready for a great start to the year!
👨👩👧👦 Have more than one student at EMS?
Please schedule an orientation time for each student with their individual advisor. You are welcome to choose times close together to make your visit more convenient!
⭐ A quick note for some families:
If your student's advisor is listed as Alling in Skyward, don't worry—you are in the right place! Your student's advisor will actually be Gabby Luna, one of our new EMS teachers. Our technology systems haven't quite caught up with our new staffing yet. 😊 Please go ahead and sign up for your orientation time under Alling.
🌎 Translation Assistance Available
Translators will be available during Orientation Days for families who need language assistance. When you arrive, simply check in with our staff and let us know that you would like a translator, and we will help connect you with the support you need.
💻 Need help signing up?
If you have questions, are having trouble accessing Skyward, or your technology just isn't cooperating, we are happy to help get your student signed up! Our office staff will be in training throughout the day on Thursday, so please contact the EMS office beginning Friday and we can assist you.
During orientation, we'll cover class schedules, Tiger Pride expectations, planners, electronics, Skyward, ParentSquare, and our home-school partnership.
We can't wait to see our Tigers and their families and kick off a great year together! 🧡🐯

💻 ¿Necesitas ayuda para registrarte?
Si tiene preguntas, tiene problemas para acceder a Skyward o su tecnología simplemente no está cooperando, ¡estamos encantados de ayudar a que su estudiante se registre! Nuestro personal de oficina estará en capacitación durante todo el día el jueves, así que póngase en contacto con la oficina de EMS a partir del viernes y podemos ayudarle.
