Can’t Stop Me Basketball Training is built around intentional, high-quality instruction designed to help players understand not just how to perform skills, but why they mat
ter within the flow of the game. Training is led by Coach Kolleen Bourdage, a former Division I collegiate player with extensive experience in both competitive basketball and teaching. Coach Bourdage played at Washington State University and has coached at Enumclaw High School and Mount Rainier High School, helping teams achieve second- and third-place finishes at the State Tournament. Her training approach emphasizes clarity, individualized feedback, and helping players build confidence through a deeper understanding of basketball concepts. Training sessions focus on all core areas of the game, including court awareness and decision-making, ball handling, shooting, defense, offensive movement with and without the ball, rebounding, post play, and passing. A strong emphasis is placed on transferring skills into live-game situations so players are better prepared to compete under pressure. Can’t Stop Me Basketball Training serves as the skill-development foundation that supports the competitive environment of the PNW Ignite program. Together, training and team play create a pathway for athletes to grow, compete, and develop confidence on and off the court.
