Hidden Trails Forest & Farm School is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Part-Time Assistant Teacher to join our nature-based learning community!

About Us

We provide hands-on, outdoor-centered education where children learn through exploration, creativity, farming, and connection with nature. Our program encourages curiosity, confidence, and respect for the natural world.

Responsibilities

* Assist lead teachers with daily activities and lessons
* Support children during outdoor exploration and farm activities
* Help maintain a safe, engaging, and positive learning environment
* Encourage social, emotional, and creative development
* Assist with setup, cleanup, and classroom organization

Qualifications

* Experience working with children preferred
* Early Childhood Education background or coursework is a plus
* Love for outdoor learning and nature-based education
* Positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills
* Reliable transportation and punctuality
* CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Schedule

Part-time position
