I have been asked to post this survey by a friend. It is medically related, so I have agreed. I also took the survey myself and it seems like a great idea to me!! Just think of times when you have been sick, but stuck at work, or at home miserable with no one to watch your kids. What they seem to be offering would totally be helpful!!!
