HSMA Martial arts program geared towards at-risk youth in the community & families. Classes are free
$40 annual membership fee

We offer free Tae Kwon Do classes to children aged 5 to 17 as an alternative to poor behavior or crime. We offer this program with the hopes that it will instill discipline, focus, and respect in young individuals. This program provides a structured environment for personal growth and development, promoting physical fitness and mental well-being while steering participants away from negative influ

ences. The opportunity to learn martial arts for free not only benefits the children directly involved but also contributes positively to the community by nurturing responsible and disciplined young individuals.

Wednesdays forcast is calling for high temps with feels like at 105° or more. So no class, BUT.... we miss the kids when we don't have class 😪. So we are creating a fun catch the instructor event. Our instructors will be at. BRAUMS BY POLICE STATION ON WEDNESDAY BETWEEN 6:30 AND 7:30. Come get yourself an ice cream and hang with our HSMA family to cool off! See the cone prices below. Class canceled due to excessive heat!

Sadly the feels like temp is 109° and way to hot to safely practice tonight. Stay cool hydrated and spend time with your family. We should be good for Monday nite class as forcast shows it in 90's!

We have missed the students so we are going to try special classes this week! Everyone will be allowed to wear shorts and a tee for class this week. Not tank or crop tops and no b***y shorts. If the students can adhere to these rules and show that they brought their own personal water bottle they will be allowed to participate. If the rules aren't followed we won't be able to offer these special accommodations in the future. In addition to uniform modifications this week the students will have additional water breaks. We look forward to seeing everyone at class! Whose house?

Due to high Temperatures there will be no tournament team today. Have a wonderful weekend and try to stay cool and hydrated!!

We are canceling classes today again in the interest of safety for our students and staff. Weather outlook appears to look more promising for next week, so hope to see everyone on Monday. Seems that we are close to an energy emergency with all the high temps driving up usage. They are having to divert energy to keep things evened out. This should let up when temps go down. Everyone stay safe, cool and hydrated!
