This afternoon was our annual color run. It is a fun way to end the quarter and head into spring break.

The Women of the Moose were here today to donate to our school. It’s a blessing to be part of such a wonderful community.

Tennis tryouts are on March 11th and 12th. We will get the students to tryouts, and parents will need to pick them up at 5pm at the Englewood Park Tennis Courts.

Today Mr. Grossenbacher the Principal of the new wellenparkhighscs was at SKY Academy discussing their opening and program offerings. It is fantastic that there are so many quality high school options in this area.

8th Grade Parents,
This year, we are offering Dedication Pages for parents and families of our 8th-grade class! Dedications are your opportunity to leave a message of encouragement and pride for your 8th-grade student. This message will become a permanent part of the 2025-2026 yearbook! There are four ways to purchase a dedication space in the yearbook. Please see the attached flyer for options and pricing. The tribute payment is due April 10th.
Yearbooks will be delivered in August. Returning students can pick up their yearbooks at our back-to-school night. Future 9th-graders will be notified when yearbooks are delivered to the school at the beginning of August.

Today we had a guest therapy dog stop by during lunch today. His name is Scampi. Maverick made a friend. The students loved spending time with Scampi.

Today Mrs. Hicks our school counselor presented her monthly counseling lesson during PE class. Today’s lesson was on mental health. Maverick enjoyed hanging with the students.

Applications are still open for the 2026-27 school year. Our lottery is on April 1st. If you are interested in applying to SKY Academy Englewood for next school year, there is still time. This is for new students to SKY, not currently enrolled students planning on returning.
