🚨 URGENT: NORTHMOOR FAMILIES, WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🚨

Our Toy Story 5 Trunk-or-Treat is quickly approaching, and we desperately need families to sign up to DESIGN our themed tables!

💚 First, THANK YOU to everyone who has already volunteered to RUN a table on the day of the event! We appreciate you! However, without tables for those volunteers to run, we simply cannot make this event happen.

🎨 You don't have to be an artist or super creative! We've already included decorating ideas in each table theme's description to help you get started. Families and friends are welcome to work together!

⚠️ WE NEED TABLE DESIGNERS SIGNED UP BY MONDAY, OCTOBER 19TH!

Unfortunately, if we don't have enough families step up by this deadline, we will have no choice but to CANCEL Trunk-or-Treat for our students. 💔

🤠 TRUNK-OR-TREAT NEEDS YOU, NORTHMOOR! 🦖

We’re getting closer to our Toy Story 5-themed Trunk-or-Treat, and we still need help bringing our 11 themed tables to life! 👽

There are several ways you can help make this an amazing day for our Bolts!

🎨 DESIGN A TABLE
Help create one of our Toy Story 5-themed tables complete with fun decorations and an activity for the students!

📅 All table designs need to be ready by October 27th.

Can’t be there to run your table on October 30th? That’s okay! You can still help design and prepare it, and another volunteer can step in on event day.

Volunteers should arrive at Northmoor at 11:45 AM on October 30th.

Parent Teacher Conferences are almost here, and we’re preparing to provide dinner for approximately 70 Northmoor teachers & staff members on both conference nights!

⏰ All donations are due TODAY, Friday, October 9th!

We still have items available on our signup and would greatly appreciate any last-minute help! 💚
