Who recognizes these guys? It might be tricky without their CFI beards™️
It turns out that and are in the same class together!
What do you think? Should we do a whole “where are they now” series for former Aspen CFIs? 🤔

Did you know that one of our most accomplished CFIs at Aspen has been with us for her whole journey? From the first solo, to the front desk, through all of her ratings, and even working up to a position in the flight department.
Now we proudly share that has taken it one step further and is officially our Assistant Chief Pilot! 🛫
As somebody who is truly passionate about aviation and instructing, her years of in-house experience and expertise make Misty the perfect leader within our organization.
Swipe to see the her first solo picture from 2019 🙌

If you thought TWO engines were good, wait until you try THREE 😮💨 We are excited to announce the addition of this 1926 Ford Trimotor to our growing multi-engine program!
Outfitted with 3 × Wright J-6-9 Whirlwind 9-cylinder air-cooled radial piston engines, each rated at 300hp (high performance endorsement, anyone? 😌) the Trimotor will keep your training going through the high density altitude days ahead.
In contrast to the modern G1000 suites that our new Seminoles are outfitted with, this panel consists of a couple instruments that probably haven’t worked since the late 40s, but you’ll figure it out. You should be looking outside anyways!
With a stall speed of only 50 knots, even those operating under MOSAIC can fly this bird! Just take a couple seats out, you’ll be fine (probably.)
If that wasn’t enough, you can lump three into one (no pun intended) and get your tailwheel endorsement at the same time!
According to a demonstration sometime in the 1930s, this old girl is even capable of aerobatics! will want to hang up the Gamebird once they see what this thing can do 😎
Come fly the star of the fleet today!
(If this was April fools joke then how did we get pictures of so many Aspen celebrities flying in it? 🤨)
