Stop the comparison. Just love yourself and others exactly the same.⁣⁣⁣

Imagine yourself at the end of your life.

And then as your consciousness leaves your body, imagine meeting someone.

That person arrives, and is another version of you, but is it the same person?

That person may be the athletic individual who's financially free, lives a happy marriage, has been the best parent to his kids and has left a positive impact on everyone around him. And this person may also have achieved other things, depending on the unique things only you can bring to this world.

To put it simply, that person has accomplished everything you could've done.

How do you start to attract more in your life?⁣
⁣
By focusing on your gratitude and not what you don't have. No seriously that's it.⁣
⁣
There's no special cheat code or magic button. It starts with your mind and what thoughts you are engaging with.⁣
⁣
I used to always think that I had the worst luck and that life was always against me because nothing ever seemed to be working out for me.⁣
⁣
It wasn't until I started to focus on my gratitude daily did I start to see a change in my life.⁣
⁣
So what are 5 things you are grateful for right now? ⁣
⁣
My five would be this:⁣
⁣
1. I'm thankful I currently have running water in my home⁣
2. I'm thankful I have my health and can function on my own⁣
3. I'm thankful that my relationship with Jesus is becoming stronger⁣
4. I'm thankful for my relationship with my girlfriend⁣
5. I'm thankful that I am still 6ft above ground today⁣
⁣
Now it's best if you take 5 minutes in the morning to write out 5-10 things you are grateful for and why. It's a great way to get your day started and over time you will start to notice a difference.⁣

Stop thinking of all the things you don't have and start taking the time to cherish what you do have.
