Great day at Tap Cancer Out today. Lots of great matches, lots of great results, we are so proud of everyone that stepped on to the mats and thank you to everyone who came out to support and coach.

Our time options are 930am on sundays before fitness kickboxing or Wednesday at 11am before nogi.

Let me know. Obviously it would be included for all current members.
