We have some bittersweet news to share with our customers and friends.
After many years of being such an important part of our team, Spero will be stepping away from his full-time position with us, with his last day being this Friday, August 28, 2026.

There really arenโ€™t enough words to express what he has meant to us, both personally and professionally. He has been so much more than a manager or an employee. He has been an integral part of our business, someone we have relied on, laughed with, learned from, and genuinely cherished as a true friend. Over the years, he has played such a meaningful role in shaping our business and in creating the experiences that so many of you have come to know and love.

While weโ€™re certainly going to miss having him here every day, weโ€™re also incredibly happy for him as he takes this next step and heads back to school. And thankfully, this isnโ€™t goodbye. He will continue to be a part of our business on a part-time basis, so youโ€™ll still see him around and weโ€™ll still get to have him as part of our team.
