We invite you to slow down, soften, and turn inward. During this 75-minute practice, you’ll settle into long-held Yin poses while allowing the body and nervous system to unwind. Throughout class, inspirational message cards are drawn and shared during each posture, offering moments of reflection, encouragement, and gentle insight.

This class is perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation, mindfulness, and a chance to reconnect with themselves. No experience is necessary—just come as you are and allow yourself the space to pause, breathe, and listen.
