The last two years has been hard on everyone. With the pandemic as we know it coming to an end, People need to get back to work outside of the home and they need reliable childcare. Early Educators are New Hampshire’s “force behind the workforce”. We need more professional people to work in the field of childcare. We want to create a team of dedicated professionals to offer quality, affordable childcare in the Upper Valley area. This team will consist of experienced and dedicated childcare teachers that want to make a difference in the lives of young children.

High School Diploma or Equivalent - 18 hours of coursework in Early Childhood Education or- 9 hours of coursework in ECE and experience in supervised licensed childcare facility

Responsibilities include communicating effectively with parents, children and other staff members. Participating in activities and curriculum planning. Enforcing all safety rules and procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room.

Applicants must have:

Prior classroom and planning experience
Passion for working with young children
Demonstrate knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, dependable, respectful, organized and motivated person
Friendly, nurturing and honest individual
Be able to help keep the classroom environment safe and clean
Familiar with NH bureau of Child Care licensing rules
A Criminal background check and fingerprinting will be completed before starting.
