PTA Reflections is a national art recognition program for students in preschool through grade 12.

It encourages creative expression in various art forms like visual arts, literature, photography, music, dance, and film, allowing students to create original artwork inspired by a pre-selected
theme. Students who participate have the chance to be recognized at local, district, state, and national levels.

This year's theme is "What My Culture Means to Me", and the CFJ PTA will be accepting entries in the Literature and Visual Arts categories.

People are always looking for meaningful connections and a place to belong. And for many parents, one of the easiest places to find that connection is somewhere they already go every day: their child’s school.

A devastating motel fire has left individuals and families in our community without a place to live. In a matter of moments, residents lost not only their housing, but also many of their personal belongings, clothing, medications, and essential items.

If you are looking for a way to help, the United Way of Broome County is collecting donations to help meet urgent needs such as temporary housing, food, clothing, transportation, hygiene supplies and other critical supports as individuals and families begin the difficult process of rebuilding their lives.
