Life can be difficult without having challenging conditions that hinder one from being timely, finishing tasks, being patient, wise, and peaceful.
Adults with ADHD nervous systems are responsible. They are creative, caring, and reliable, except for the random loss of attention and forgetfulness, impatience and impulsively making decisions and actions that they sometimes regret.
There are several other challenges with ADHD, which are related to having a diverse nervous system.

Dear friends,
It's been a while since I haven't posted anything.
I've been deep into editing my book and creating courses that support humanity to learn how to become emotionally mature and well while living consciously.
I know in my days of unconscious living, I have made mistakes, hurt others, and experienced more than my share of suffering. Well, with a lot of hard work, dedication, and a sincere desire to be genuinely loving, I turned my life around. I have always felt responsible for telling others what I've found about learning how to be happy without causing other people and our beautiful hardship.
My book is in the hands of the copyeditor. Getting closer and closer to publication.
Just wanted to say hello and am thinking of you. :)
