Is anyone interested in me posting videos for them to go from pain to movement?
Philippe Coudoux, Student Instructor in Foundation Training in San Diego Focusing on the posterior chain of muscles it stabilizes and strengthen your body.
I am striving to make a difference using the knowledge that Foundation Training has taught us with movement based exercise and in everyday body posture. Helping people with lower back pain and athletes. After becoming Student Instructor in Foundation Training, learning yoga, finding ways to move through my own chronic pain, I am sharing this modality and more. I am not part of Foundation Training, I have been studying with them in 2013 and it moved me forward me on my journey.

For this summer, I will begin getting in touch with the Foundation community in the San Diego County.
