Yesterday, Kids By the Sea had the honor of hosting a roundtable discussion centered around the child care shortage in our community. Congressman Mike Levin, San Diego County Supervisor Terra Lawson Remer, vice president of social services for the YMCA of San Diego County Kim McDougal, and other local leaders discussed the impact of increasing child care costs, the decline in child care providers, and the lack of government funding.
KBTS was also honored for the role we serve in our community, and most importantly, to our children.

After six amazing years of owning and directing KBTS, my family is off to adventure in Kenya for two years. I know the school (all of our second home) could not be in better hands with Ms. Diane and our other fabulous teachers. If you want to follow my family’s adventures please friend my personal page (Amanda Manger)

One of our most favorite places to play, and explore. Having this feature creates endless opportunities of learning. Not to mention a special space to just relax a be.
