Semolina sesame seed sourdough. A new recipe I’ve been working on. The nice feature of this new "banneton bowl" is that neither the sesame seeds nor the dough stuck to the bowl while it was rising.

It is taking longer than I thought to create a scoring bread article. It turns out it's not as intuitive as I thought it was. But......I have the first videos created. (that are not fuzzy or don't have my head blocking the bread.) Now I have to make more and edit them, but it is coming. I promise!

I have been working on Cinnamon Roll recipes lately. Sourdough discard cinnamon rolls, regular cinnamon rolls and today......50% whole wheat Healthy Cheese and Onion Rolls. Same procedure and look, but savory and not sweet Oh....So....Good.....(Photos and comments to come.). I am so excited for the yummy results...
