The data shared about San Diego during our recent Human Trafficking Seminar here at GBE was eye-opening: reality is tough to hear, but staying silent isn’t an option.

➡️ The average age of entry into human trafficking here is just 12 to 13 years old. Unlike other crimes, victims are trapped and exploited repeatedly.

This is exactly why many of us gather on these mats. Self-defense isn’t just about learning physical techniques; it’s about situational awareness, personal boundaries, and building the confidence to protect yourself and the people you love.
