Last weekend, EMLJ Instructor, Lindsey Bartlett, was a presenter at the Kansas Authors Club Convention in Lawrence, KS. Bartlett presented on why we need more rural voices in writing (and other forms of media).

Bartlett also won second place in the KAC Literary Contest for First Chapter of a book.
