School Bus Safety Tips!!! 🎒🚌
Schools are starting soon, so that means School buses! Here’s a list of important school bus safety tips for students:
At the Bus Stop:
1. Arrive Early: Get to the bus stop at least five minutes before the bus arrives.
2. Stay Safe: Stand at least three giant steps (about 6 feet) away from the curb while waiting for the bus.
3. Avoid Horseplay: No pushing, shoving, or playing around at the bus stop to prevent accidents.
4. Wait for the Bus to Stop: Do not approach the bus until it comes to a complete stop, the door opens, and the driver signals that it’s safe to board.
Getting Off the Bus:
1. Wait for a Complete Stop: Stay seated until the bus comes to a full stop and the driver opens the door.
2. Check for Traffic: Look both ways before stepping off the bus, and never cross the street until the bus driver gives the go-ahead.
3. Cross Safely: Always cross in front of the bus—never behind it—and make sure you can see the driver and the driver can see you.
4. Avoid the Danger Zone: Stay out of the 10-foot area around the bus where the driver might not see you.
Most importantly:

¡¡¡Consejos de seguridad en el autobús escolar!!! 🎒🚌
Las clases están por comenzar, ¡lo que significa que vuelven los autobuses escolares! Aquà tienes una lista de consejos importantes de seguridad para los estudiantes:
En la parada del autobĂşs:
1. Llega temprano: Acude a la parada al menos cinco minutos antes de que llegue el autobĂşs.
2. Mantente seguro: Quédate a una distancia de al menos tres pasos grandes (unos 1,8 metros o 6 pies) del bordillo mientras esperas.
3. Evita los juegos bruscos: No empujes ni juegues en la parada para prevenir accidentes.
4. Espera a que el autobĂşs se detenga: No te acerques al vehĂculo hasta que se haya detenido por completo, se abra la puerta y el conductor indique que es seguro subir.
Al bajar del autobĂşs:
1. Espera a que se detenga por completo: Permanece sentado hasta que el autobĂşs frene totalmente y el conductor abra la puerta.
2. Observa el tráfico: Mira hacia ambos lados antes de bajar y nunca cruces la calle hasta que el conductor te dé la señal de paso.
3. Cruza con seguridad: Cruza siempre por delante del autobús —nunca por detrás— y asegúrate de ver al conductor y de que él te vea a ti.
4. Evita la zona de peligro: Mantente fuera del área de unos 3 metros (10 pies) alrededor del autobĂşs donde el conductor podrĂa no verte.
Lo más importante:
¡¡Mantente alerta!! Presta atención a tu entorno y evita distracciones, como usar el teléfono o auriculares, al subir o bajar del autobús.
