E&H PreHealth Program The PreHealth program at Emory & Henry!

There's still time to register!! The Appalachian College of Pharmacy invites students entering seventh grade and beyond who are interested in learning more about the pharmacy profession to attend one of our annual pharmacy summer camps.

The camp is free of charge for all attendees. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. Activities include learning about the pharmacy profession from expert faculty, conducting patient assessments, exploring pharmacy compounding techniques, practicing pharmacotherapy on a human simulator, hearing from students about their experiences at ACP, attending an admissions workshop session, and taking a tour.

Student Representatives to the VRHA Board of Directors

The VRHA Student Representatives to the Board of Directors are expected to serve as a communication link between the current leaders of VRHA and the future ones. In order to meet this expectation, the students selected will need to interact with both the VRHA Board Members and students in a wide variety of health-related programs.

Student Representatives will help VRHA achieve its strategic goals, with particular emphasis on increasing awareness of VRHA and the benefits of VRHA membership among students. Whenever possible, the students selected will represent different academic programs/professions. Selected individuals will receive complimentary registration and hotel room at the VRHA Annual Conference, as well as a National Rural Health Association student membership.
