It was a beautiful day yesterday for a field trip to Gem Orchards to pick apples! 🍎🍏

We are gearing up for Johnny Appleseed Day next week, and students were able to learn all about different trees, the fruit they bear, and how to properly pick apples!!

Thank you so much Lance for having us out and showing us around. We had a fantastic time!🍏🙌🏽

Well the word is out now….

Little Roots Academy is officially ready to go on field trips! 🚌😃🙌🏽

This has been a huge goal for our school, and we couldn’t be more excited to provide this opportunity for students, teachers and families!

We also want to say a big thank you to our current families and community! We wouldn’t be where we are today without any of you, we appreciate you all! 💜🙌🏽

With the school year now under way, our annual Teddy Bear Picnic was a huge success! 🧸🧺

Students shared a treat while reading Teddy Bear Picnic, and then completed show and tell about their sweet stuffed friends! 📖🐻

It’s always a good day when you get to bring in a favorite pal!!! 💜
