Joshua 1:9 "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”.

The key is in verse 8 though which states: "Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful." (Joshua 1:8).

Your soul is structured to be healthy within a relationship with God. Reading His word is one of the best ways to become strong and healthy! Only you can choose to read and listen to it though.
