June calendar is here! Are you ready for No Gi summer?

Hey guys ,lets do an advanced kids class ages 5-14 from 4:15 to 5 tomorrow. Adult open mat is from 5-6.

Adult classes tonight! There will be time for technique and sparring! Team Rhino curriculum! Hope to see you there!

Hey BJJ family, we hope you had a great weekend! Remember adults have class Monday through Thursday again! You should bring a friend! Jiu-jitsu is better with friends and family! Plus they get to roll for free! Class starts at 6pm. See you there!

Don't forget, we have adult classes on Tuesday again! Yay! Starts at 6-7 and open mat from 7-7:30!

New schedule as of today!!!
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for all classes. First few classes are free.

Kids (5-9) class starts at 4:45pm ends at 5:15 pm.

Teens (10-14) class starts at 5:15 pm ends at 6 pm.

Adults (15+) class starts at 6 pm and ends at 7:30. The last 30 minutes is sparring.

We will have adult open mat every other Friday from 5-6 pm (subject to change).
