In a world with so many horrible things happening, it’s nice to gather together with some of our tight community at Hoa Sen Dojo.

Just finished up another West Coast Training Camp. Lots of great classes, always good friends and fun! Thanks to Master John and Master Didi for another great weekend.

Cleaning out some file cabinets and I came across a paper submitted by one of my students for a test she was about to take. Always havig a good sense of humor, here is what she wrote:

Great group today. Mostly mothers and daughters learning how to stay safe in my Self Defense class.
