Join me TONIGHT 6:30pm Sunset Beach Yoga! Western Access, donation based (pay what you can) cash or Venmo, no sign ups, just show up. Bring a towel or sheet to yoga on. Bring your water. Tell a friend!

Wow what a year! Hot 🥵 rain 🌧️ hail 🧊
Floyd Yoga Jam another good one in the books. So grateful for ALL who make this happen; from the volunteers, staff, teachers, artist…students. One of the best things about FYJ is yo be a student again and again. Learning, soaking up the wisdom, and being free.

Grateful to teach, to serve, and to play. Thank you so much FYJ. Until next year, come on retreat, take an online class, or I’ll see you next year. God willing. 🙏🤙🧘‍♀️
