Join our dedicated team as a Childcare Provider and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. Your enthusiasm, patience, and expertise will foster positive development and support early childhood education principles. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:45 AM- 4:30 PM working in our infant classroom.
Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills
Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices
Monitor children’s behavior using effective behavior management techniques to encourage positive interactions
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care as needed
Maintain open communication with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the childcare environment in compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles is highly preferred
Knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education best practices
Demonstrated ability to manage behavior effectively and foster a nurturing environment
Strong communication skills to collaborate with families and team members effectively
Ability to handle the physical demands of childcare duties including lifting infants or toddlers and engaging in active play
