Some roles ask you to choose between meaningful work and a schedule that fits your life. This isn’t one of them.
We’re hiring an Occupational Therapist who can build a schedule that supports students while also allowing for flexibility that fits your life.
If you’re looking for a role where your expertise helps students access learning, build independence, and feel successful in their day-to-day experiences, this is that opportunity.
If this sounds like someone you know, we’d appreciate you passing it along.

The pace of summer can create space for the things we don't always have time for during the school year - reflection, creativity, and meaningful conversation.
Art in the Park is a new community program that brings together nature, art, and connection in a welcoming outdoor setting. You are invited to this special kickoff event featuring guided art activities, conversation, and opportunities to reflect on life's experiences alongside others who understand the work of supporting people.
The event is free and hosted by our friends at OhioGuidestone, MHARS Lorain County, and Lorain County Metro Parks.

Understanding how reading develops can change the way we respond when students struggle.
AIM Pathways to Proficient Reading is designed to help you connect reading research to everyday instruction. Through an exploration of language development, reading theory, and evidence-based practices, participants will build knowledge that can inform instruction and support stronger outcomes for students.
This course is also the prerequisite for AIM Pathways to Structured Literacy.

A slower season can be a powerful thing.
A book picked up out of curiosity. A project started for fun. A question that turns into a new interest.
Summer has a way of giving imagination the time and space it needs to grow.
