What is your routine a MAJORITY of the time?
Sleep, diet, exercise, what you drink, what you watch, what you listen too, etc.
Check yourself. Does this effect me negatively or positively? Does it drain me? Make me feel sad? Do you like yourself, or are you fighting with your body?
Make a list of these things and note how your current routine makes you feel, physically and mentally. If by the end of the day your unsatisfied with your results, odds are something needs to change.

Your weekly affirmation card pull will tell you a lot about yourself. It will tell you exactly what you are needing to hear. It may be tough love or it may be the pat on the back you’ve been needing. Be open minded when it comes to your pull and don’t think surface level. Think deep within yourself and be open to the possibility of feeling vulnerable. Vulnerability will help you grow and develop parts of yourself you maybe weren’t concerned with or knew about.

For old and new clients, I will be doing oracle/affirmation deck readings once a week for each individual client.
Your job is to apply that card to your workouts, nutrition, personal life,etc. The card you pull is meant for you and you alone to learn more about how you need to motivate yourself, get yourself unstuck or get yourself going in the right direction.
Concentrate on the cards and pull a single card using your intuition. What card feels right to you?
These readings will begin tomorrow! I’m so excited for you all to experience this personal journey. You’ll learn a lot about yourself if you keep your mind open!

What is an oracle reading?

Oracle readings invite a lot of introspection during the process as you discover your own personality traits and deepest aspirations. It’s been a journey for my business since 2020. It’s had ups and downs. Good and bad.
Last year showed me that changes needed to be made. A new image, a new look, a new mindset needed to be implemented. I had reached the top of my own mountain and was looking for more to climb, but that climb was over. It was time for me to find a newer, bigger, more rewarding mountain to climb.
Welcome to my next climb. PEAK has evolved into something more than your average personal training business. Average is dead. Mediocre is dead. “Good enough” is dead. And with all things that have passed on, they are reborn/transformed into something new.

Books will be closed for the month of October for rebranding. I will be taking this time to make changes to PEAK and the direction I want her to go. PEAK will be becoming a more exclusive training service for clientele and in order to make these changes I must stop the influx of clients I take.
I will not be taking any new clients during this time.
This will not affect current clients or their ability to purchase more sessions.
