Park Place Early Learning Center

Today our Preschoolers enjoyed a fantastic day at the Cleveland Metropark Zoo!!! We want to send a shout out to all the amazing parents who joined us!!!!!

Last Friday our senior preschoolers graduated! The children did an amazing job performing and walking the stage, we are so incredibly proud of them ❤️

Park Place had such a fun and memorable Teacher Appreciation Week! We’re so grateful for our amazing administration, families, and PAC. Your support truly means so much to us!!

This year’s Game Night theme was a hit! Mrs. Amy, with help from Mrs. Crystal, transformed the muscle room into a space full of jumbo games for staff to enjoy. Throughout the week, staff also competed in daily games for prizes for some friendly competition.

Staff were also spoiled with delicious treats all week long. Staff were treated to a build-your-own taco bar and a build-your-own sub bar, and pizza party with chips and soda. To top it all off, the PAC treated the staff to Red Robin burgers on Friday! Staff also enjoyed plenty of tasty donuts from their amazing parents throughout the week as well. Mrs. Sharon also made beautiful matching shirts for the teachers as well.

Thank you again to everyone who helped make this week so special for our staff—we truly felt appreciated! We want to also wish you a Happy Mother’s day this weekend!

Hey Park Place Family!

We’re doing a raffle basket fundraiser for Park Place with Miss Kelly’s Occupational Therapy Assistant program at EHOVE, and all the proceeds go right back to the kids.
The money helps us do fun things like field trips, bring in visitors (like Bubbleman & Jungle Terry!), and get new play equipment and playground updates.

Runs May 1–15, winners will be picked on May 18!

This week was the week of the young child!

Each day of the week had a different theme with fun activities!

Music Monday - Dress like a rockstar! Each classroom also made musical instruments of their own as well!

Tasty Tuesday - Each room celebrated with various treats! Toddler wing made ice cream sundaes, Sr. Preschool made cupcakes, and Jr. Preschool enjoyed decorating graham crackers with frosting and sprinkles. Everyone also enjoyed a surprise lunch as well!!

Work together Wednesday - Dress like a superhero! The kids also tie-dyed their shirts that day as well!

Artsy Thursday - Wear as many colors as you want!

Fun Friday - Each class enjoyed a fun walk around the block and enjoyed the fresh air!

Last week we celebrated St. Patricks day with a visit from a leprechaun!! The children in preschool also created leprechaun traps as well to try to trap him. 🍀🎩

Last week was Dr. Seuss spirt week!

We wore crazy socks, dressed like a fish, wore wacky clothes, had crazy hair, enjoyed some green eggs and ham, and finished the week off with a pajama day!
