Last week Chef Brad teamed up with graduate Brittnee Rourke at Greenbriar middle school to showcase the value of growing and working with fresh vegetables. Students ages 7-10 learned how to prepare a simple tomato salad along side the chefs. Brittnee is currently the farm to school coordinator for Parma City Schools.
