Culinary student Jonah Kanoho competed in the ACF Great Culinary Classic and won GOLD in his respective category! We are super proud of Jonah and his commitment to becoming the best chef he can be. Congratulations again Jonah!

Last weekend we were happy to host FCCLA regional competition for local high school students enrolled in culinary programs. We will also be hosting the state competitions next month.

Graduate was back today working on her dish for the upcoming competition in March. It’s wonderful seeing you grow! We know you will do well.

Yesterday was everyone's favorite day, pasta day! Our fundamentals of foodservice class made from scratch pasta and of course had to try and make the longest noodles 🍝

The Chefs were busy with community events this past weekend! Chef Ashley hosted local cubscout troop 3447 out of Vermilion, which she is also a den leader for, to earn some kitchen related badges this past Saturday.
