Summer Camp Update
Day Five- Awards presentation and final goodbyes to new friends made. This day is bitter sweet. The Cadets are exhausted and ready to go home. At the same time, they don’t want to leave because they will not see all the new friends they made. What a fantastic experience.

Day Two- After a long and exhausting day of training, cadets got so much deserved free time to get to know cadets from other schools around the state while having some fun.

Cadets are rotating through all the activities depending on the company they are assigned to. Here is just a few photos of day day two.

On a chilly morning, cadets conducted their physical training test, then they enjoyed their first breakfast of camp. I think they were hungry.

Tonight, we celebrated the EHS Class of 2026 with their graduation ceremony. This is a huge milestone, and we couldn't be prouder. We got to share it with current, former, and past cadets. What a great night for the Pioneer Battalion.

EHS JROTC Cadets marched in City of Elyria, Ohio Memorial Day Parade today honoring our service men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation.

This morning the JROTC Cadets were at Brookdale Cemetery in Elyria. They came out despite the rain to take part in honoring veterans by placing flags on the headstones of all the veterans laid to rest there.

A special thanks to all the parents that also came out to help. This program would not be successful without all their support.
