A new exciting chapter for our college!

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Jessalyn Sabin as she begins her new role as President of Minnesota North College!

While July 1 marks Dr. Sabin’s first day as President, she is already a familiar face to our Minnesota North community. Her dedication to our students, employees, campuses, and communities has made a lasting impact, and we are excited to see her continue that work in this new leadership role.

As we begin this next chapter, we look forward to Dr. Sabin’s continued commitment to student success, innovation, and strengthening the connections that make Minnesota North such a special place.

CANCELLATION UPDATE:
We wanted to share an update regarding our Community Pet Wellness Event scheduled for April 18.

Due to low appointment enrollment, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the event at this time. We are incredibly grateful for everyone who shared, supported, and showed interest—it truly means a lot to our students and program.

We hope to offer this event again in the future with even more services and availability. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

🐾 SCNAVTA Community Pet Wellness Event 🐾

Join us on April 18 from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM for a special community wellness event hosted by our SCNAVTA students!

We’re offering the following at NO COST to the community:
✔️ Canine DA2PP vaccines
✔️ Feline FVRCP vaccines

📅 Appointment required
📌 Pets must be up to date on rabies vaccination — proof is required when scheduling your appointment.
Pets must be able to be safely handled for examination and vaccination.

Please drive to the back of campus and enter through the doors across from the Timber Ridge dorms.

We ask that you remain in your vehicle upon arrival. Our team will call you in when it’s your turn based on your scheduled appointment time.

- A full exam performed by a licensed Minnesota DVM
- Veterinary technician students assisting
- All care supervised by credentialed veterinary technicians
- Medical records emailed to you within the week

This is a great opportunity to support your pet’s health while also helping our students gain hands-on clinical experience 🩺
