Building Blocks Child Care and Early Learning Center Child Care Center and Preschool Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. We have a comprehensive Preschool program for children ages 3-5.

to 5:30 p.m.We offer full day child care as well as before and after school care for students residing in Richland or Forest Hills school districts. Combined, our staff has over 30 years of childcare experience and are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your child.
