Responsibilities include:
• Providing administrative, clerical and office management support
• Serving as a primary staff assistant to chairs, program directors, deans and faculty
• Preparing presentations, records, reports and other office materials
• Greeting, assisting and directing visitors, faculty, staff and others
• Communicating information about academic programs, services, policies and procedures
• Serving as a key representative of the office and helping connect people with the information and resources they need
