Ok everyone - official performance times have been released for the Marching Cougars Band Day performance. We will perform at 3:24PM on Friday, August 7. It will still be a early morning with loading equipment plus travel time to Indy with traffic etc. but I wanted everyone to know our performance time for those traveling to watch. I recommend getting there AT LEAST 90 before to have time to park and purchase tickets at the grandstand. A full schedule will be given to the kids with the permission slip once we return to practices on July 27.

Congrats to North Daviess Alum Jeff Mayfield!

BHSS Bands is proud to announce our NEW Band Director, Jeffrey Mayfield!

Mr. Mayfield is a 2023 graduate of Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. While he was studying there, he student taught under Will Nicholas at Bloomington South. After two years teaching elsewhere, he returned to Bloomington South last year as the Assistant Director.

Please help us congratulate him and wish him well!
