Hi Voncille, thanks for joining us today. Going back to the beginning – how did you come up with the idea in the first place?
I came up with the idea to become a Career Coach in early 2016 because I wanted to officially share with the world the skills I had crafted over the years (as a Recruiter, and Director of Budget, Operations, and Human Resources for the Department of Education).

It is such an honor to be featured in along with other powerful entrepreneurs. What I’ve come to know is that success is very intentional and relative; and it means different things to different people.
