Elmira College Octagon Fair Octagon Fair is held each year in the fall as a community-wide, family-oriented event. to 4:00 p.m. There will be live performances throughout the day.

Elmira College's 54th annual Octagon Fair is set for Saturday, October 1 from 11:00 a.m. Over eighty student clubs and organizations, as well as vendors from the community, will be throughout campus selling goods. We will also have food trucks and pop-up food vendors. This kid-friendly event is free and open to the public.

Who We Are
Arnot Health, a member of Centralus Health, depends on the involvement of our community to bring the best healthcare to our community. We welcome volunteers from high school students to retired adults who want to give back, get experience, and contribute to Arnot's caring mission.

What We Do
The volunteer program provides vital support to the operations of Arnot Health, and supports our patients, staff, and visitors.
We do our best to make effective use of each person's talents, skills, and interests.

I am "The Bankman"! I make wooden banks and ornaments of sports teams and more, See-Thru banks of animals and more, and cell phone holders of animal and more. The types of banks that I have are MLB,NFL,NHL, COLLEGES, SUPER HEROES, MILITARY and more.

Kurt's Making Whoopie started with a love of baking and a silly sense of humor. From a father/son fun project, it has grown into a small business with a community heart and an even sillier sense of humor! We make all of the whoopie in a commercial kitchen designed specifically for whoopie pies! The flavor possibilities are endless as we are inspired by the world around us from music to current events to really good meals. Stop by to see the variety of flavors, enjoy a good laugh and MAKE WHOOPIE!

The Octagon Fair is a community-wide, family-oriented event held on the Elmira College campus each fall. Octagon Fair will be Saturday, ​October 17 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. on the main Elmira College Campus ​(1 Park Pl, Elmira, NY 14901) during Family Weekend​, Alumni Reunion weekend, and Turf Dedications.

Octagon Fair showcases our very own talented student-run clubs and organizations. Crafters, vendors, authors, and entertainers from the greater Elmira, NY community are also invited to participate in the fun-filled day. The EC Alumni Board awards student club prizes for best presentations at the fair as well as hosts fundraisers to support their mission. Stay up to date on our page, www.facebook.com/ECoctagonfair.

Interested in becoming a vendor​? ​$75.00 VENDOR REGISTRATION:​ https://host.nxt.blackbaud.com/registration-form/?formId=1b331c97-9e9d-41b6-b3fa-17a8a47b0d28&envId=p-TAjKPWPjVUW7fs8pf2h4qg&zone=usa​

This event is outdoors​ (rain or shine). You will need to bring your own table and chairs. Your vendor space is roughly​ 10x10 and will allow for a pop-up tent.​ Food trucks will need to provide their own electricity and water. Restrooms will be available.
Vendor check-in will begin at 8:00 a.m. under the Meier Hall archway (details and a campus map will be given closer to the event). There will be guest wifi. Sign-in information will be given closer to the event. Refunds will not be issued. Money from registration is used towards the event (i.e. permits, live music, promotions, etc.).​

🌟 A Special Thank You to Taste of Jamaica! 🌟

One of our favorite Octagon Fair traditions is welcoming Tyrone and Melva of Taste of Jamaica to campus. Year after year, they bring incredible food, warm smiles, and they're always one of our most popular vendors (selling out every time)!

Although they won't be able to join us at this year's Octagon Fair, they still found a way to support the event by making a generous donation. Their kindness and commitment to our community mean so much, and we are incredibly grateful.

We'll certainly miss seeing them this year, but we hope you'll go out and support their wonderful business!
