My Tai Chi students are practicing at Moore Homestead Park in Elmhurst, Queens, using the Tai Chi Ruler. I also teach Tai Chi Form at Kissena Corridor Park and Moore Homestead. Come join us! Lessons are free for seniors over 60, sponsored by the City Parks Foundation. You can register online through the City Parks Foundation. Spring Tai Chi programs begin on Tuesday, April 21st, 2026, at Kissena Corridor Park, Queens, and on Friday, April 24th, 2026, at Moore Homestead Park, Queens.
